Ghee Butter

‎‎

Ghee Butter is made from rustic organic butter. This butter is also called "French ghee", when heated for a longer time it acquires a deep caramel brown color, a pleasant aroma of nuts and roasted sesame.

In Ayurveda, since ancient times, ghee has been called a “food for the brain” and is also considered a medicine that can cure both physical and mental ailments. The taste of melted butter is difficult to replicate even with the most expensive oils - it is unique and unrepeatable.

Ghee is made by heating butter for a long time over low heat. During the process, water evaporates, and various impurities, milk sugar-lactose, fall on the bottom of the pot. Therefore, the remaining pure fat is free of lactose. Ghee can be used anywhere, just like plain butter.

It is not necessary to store this butter in the refrigerator. It stays perfectly fresh at room temperature for up to half a year or even longer, and when stored properly, for up to 10 years.

Ghee butter is high in nutrients, vitamins, useful fatty acids and is a great source of antioxidants. It can be used in pastries, baked pancakes or other dishes. This butter will additionally give the dishes an even better taste.

According to Ayurveda, ghee butter has accumulated solar energy and also helps to create a good mood. It is this butter that helps to convert unhealthy fats and chemicals into a natural product with healthy and beneficial fatty acids for the body.

A very important and unique feature of this butter is that it strengthens the membranes of brain cells and helps to carry oxygen in the body. Therefore, it is especially recommended when traveling in areas where the air is thinner and has less oxygen.

Ghee butter can be used to flavor coffee. It will have a mild caramel smell, a rich, nutty taste and will give a completely different energy than a cup of regular coffee. Right from the morning, the body will turn on the mode of digestion and burning fat, so such coffee will help regulate weight. Energy will not be lost even after the exposure to caffeine.
